Biography:

Millie lives with her brother, his wife and their three sons on a 100-acre farm north of the village of Metcalfe. She shares her diary with her three nephews and with her great-nephew and nieces, who write in it sometimes through the years. There are daily entries, children’s sketches, lists, prayers, and a few charts. The diary is filled with family, farming, prayer, and interesting little details such as cracking butternuts and colouring Easter eggs.
